We started Red Hill Home Care because too many Orange County families were stuck choosing between impersonal national franchises and unreliable, unvetted caregivers. We wanted a better option, close to home.
Red Hill Home Care is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency serving Irvine, Newport Beach, and the surrounding Orange County communities. We help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes — with support that ranges from a few hours of companionship each week to full-time, live-in care.
We're private-pay, which skips the insurance pre-authorization step — often the fastest way for care to start as soon as your family is ready. Every plan starts with a conversation about what matters most to you and the person you're caring for, and it's reviewed regularly as needs change.
Our caregivers are screened, background-checked, and matched thoughtfully — not just assigned based on who's available. We believe good care starts with a good fit between caregiver and client.

Who's behind Red Hill
Omid Saatsaz
Founder, Red Hill Home Care
Omid founded Red Hill Home Care after watching his grandfather receive home care firsthand, and after a close family friend with disabilities struggled to get the daily support they needed. Before starting Red Hill, he spent several years consulting for home care agencies on operations, marketing, and M&A, and three years at Medtronic in Irvine, CA working on neurovascular stroke-prevention devices (aneurysm treatment and blood clot retrieval). He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona (2016).
Matt Bogle
Co-Founder, Red Hill Home Care
Matt co-founded Red Hill Home Care after watching his grandmother benefit from home care and seeing firsthand how valuable it was. He's a healthcare deal professional and accountant based in Nashville, TN, with a background in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including work with several home care agencies.
