By using redhillhomecare.com, you agree to these terms. This website provides general information about Red Hill Home Care, Inc. and its home care services; it is not a substitute for a formal service agreement, which will be provided separately before care begins.

No medical advice

Red Hill Home Care provides non-medical home care services only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions or emergencies.

SMS Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Red Hill Home Care, Inc. — whether by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by texting a keyword such as CARE, START, YES, or UNSTOP to one of our county phone numbers — you agree to receive recurring text messages about care availability, scheduling, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We run two other text message programs, each only for people who ask to join. Caregiver applicants who text the keyword CAREGIVER and reply YES, or who tick the consent box on our caregiver application, receive recurring messages about their application, onboarding and available shifts. Owners of home care agencies who text the keyword SELLER and reply YES, or who tick the consent box on their private page, receive messages about the sale of their agency. The same terms apply to both: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
